| Cleaning Fees: All stays have a cleaning fee of $70.00 for the
hotel room, $140.00 for the one-bedroom unit and $160.00 for the two-bedroom unit. For stays
longer than 10 days, there are interim cleanings required every 10 days. For example,
if you had reserved the condo for 28 days, you would be charged a total of three cleanings for your stay.
